What is a PPA?
Our PPA Solution
Our fully funded solution is based on a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) model.

A Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) is a contract between us and your business, in which we install, operate and maintain a Solar PV system (or other onsite generation solution) with no upfront cost.

In return, your business business agrees to purchase the electricity generated from the onsite solution on a metered supply and only pays for the electricity used from the system at a significantly fixed lower rate than your current energy provider, for up to 25 years.

At the end of the term, the ownership of the solar PV system is transferred to your business. Your business also has the choice to agree a new PPA contract.

-
What happens if there is an issue with my onsite generation system once installed? We fully maintain your onsite generation solution and proactively address any issues throughout the term of the PPA. What checks need to be carried out to see if my roof is eligible?Any system above 3.68 KW per phase will need to seek approval from the local network operator and a G99 application will need to be submitted to determine the capacity available and if we can connect your solar system to the grid. A structural survey is carried out for to ensure the roof can handle the additional weight of the solar panels and the mounting system. Additionally, we check if planning permission is required however in most cases this is no longer required.
